The National Quartet Convention is a major attraction for motorcoach tours with over 100 tour group operators that attend every year. The NQC strives to go above and beyond to serve the needs of our tour group operators.

Here are the benefits and services we offer to our Tour Groups:

1. Seat Reservation Rollover – After you purchase your tickets for the NQC, those seats are automatically reserved for you for the following year with no deposit required. Our box office manger, Bridget Shutt, will give you personalized service on your seating needs.
2. Hotel Reservation Rollover – The hotel rooms you book through the NQC housing service for the Quartet Convention are automatically rolled over for the following year, allowing you to stay in the same hotel, or transferring your reservation to a new hotel. Pre-arranged pricing complete with discounted rooms and complimentary rooms for drivers and hosts are available through participating hotels. Our housing manager, Sherry Dover, will make sure all of your rooming needs are handled for you.
3. Discounted Evening Concert Ticket Prices – For groups of 25 or more, ticket price discounts are available. For Monday – Wednesday evenings, tour ticket prices are $22.00 per ticket. For Thursday – Saturday evenings, tour ticket prices are $25.00 per ticket. Regular ticket price is $27.00 per ticket. Tour groups will also receive two complimentary tickets for every 25 purchased.
4. Discounted Afternoon Showcase Spectacular Ticket Prices – The regular ticket price for the afternoon packages of entertainment is $15.00 per afternoon. However, for groups of 25 or more, a 15% discount is available. Tour groups will also receive two complimentary tickets for every 25 purchased.
5. Favorable Billing Policies – Payment for tickets and hotel room deposits are required at the end of June with extensions available through the end of July upon request. Refunds will be granted up to 30 days prior to the start of the event.
   
   
   

These NQC Tour Packages, available only through the NQC, allow groups to attend all of the NQC activities as well as enjoy some of Louisville’s most popular attractions for one low price!  Transportation cost to and from NQC is not included in package price. (sold only as doubles):

Tour Vacation Package Details:

• Must have at least 10 rooms to qualify. This will accommodate 20 people. 
• For 10-19  rooms booked, the driver will receive ½ price for room reservations and comp tickets to the convention and attractions.
• For every 20 or more rooms booked, the driver will receive ½ price for his room. Also you will receive 1 complete package for 2 people free.  This will include 2 tickets to the convention and attractions, and 1 room free. (based on 2 people in the room)
• Single room packages add $60.00 per day
